GM Recalls Over 1 Million Trucks For Defective Seat Belts...Make Sure You Are Not Affected
On April 15, 2016, General Motors announced plans to recall over 1 million 2014 and 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC 1500 pickup trucks because of problems with their seat belts. According to General Motors, the cable that connects the seat belt to the truck can wear out as drivers repeatedly sit down causing the seat belt to come loose and detach from the truck.
